All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an email receipt for each payment. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to PropoWiz until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial months. To cancel, contact us at support@propowiz.com or manage your subscription through your account dashboard.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after 14 days are not available. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
If you have concerns about charges or service quality, please contact us immediately at support@propowiz.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account will be suspended pending resolution. We are committed to fair and transparent business practices.
PropoWiz is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS). We maintain 99.5% uptime and perform regular backups of your data. You retain ownership of all content you create. We will never share your data with third parties without your consent. By using PropoWiz, you agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.
Your data security is our priority. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with industry-standard security practices. You may request data export or account deletion at any time by contacting support@propowiz.com.
